Bailiff Enterprises
Our Story
Since 1981
Bailiff Enterprises Inc. has a thick history in and around the Poly market. It first began when Dean Bailiff left a pipe, valve, and fitting company working as the number one salesman in America. He had a bittersweet ending with the company and decided starting his own venture into the poly market was the best thing for him and his familys future.
Beginning around 1981 in his driveway making fiberglass tank shortly turned into the submission into the hot HDPE market, first opening his own rotomolding facility in Fairfield Texas. Living in Houston this was not ideal for his family life so he opened a home base in Spring, Texas for pipes, valves, fittings, and our specialty to this day, bespoke fabrication. Sandra Bailiff, his wife, played a big role in the company being shrewd and tight with the Budget, not to mention a incredible Grandmother.
Soon after he received an offer from the monopoly of rotomolding to purchase his facility in Fairfield. Action was taken on this and he became a distributor for this brand. After tirelessly relying on them he soon made the decision to open a plant, where we still operate today, in Willis, Texas. Starting small and getting to where we are now with tanks up to 10,000 gallons the Willis facility is now ran in collaboration with long time salesman and poly wizard Dan MIller and companies successor Wesley Bailiff (plant manager). Wesley Bailiff is learning everything he can with tenacity and zeal alongside his brother Andrew Bailiff.
The knowledge he has past down has allowed the business to be where we are today. We have been maintaining professional plastic fabrication and premium thermoplastic molding with the revolutionary manufacturing of thermoplastics PVDF/Kynar and Polypropylene (as well a HDPE). This process has taken time to master and we are eager to see where God takes us.
Proverbs 16:3
Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
