Bailiff Enterprises

Bailiff Enterprises, Inc. has manufactured and fabricated industrial thermoplastic tanks since 1981. The company began after founder Dean Bailiff built deep experience in industrial pipe, valves, fittings, and customer service. He then started an independent family business focused on plastic tanks and fabrication. 

Beginning in a driveway with fiberglass tanks, Bailiff expanded into HDPE and opened a rotational molding facility in Fairfield, Texas. The business later established a base in Spring, Texas, supplying pipe, valves, and fittings while developing the custom-fabrication expertise that remains central today. Sandra Bailiff helped build the company through disciplined financial management and a lasting commitment to the family.

Soon after he received an offer from the monopoly of rotomolding to purchase his facility in Fairfield. Action was taken on this and he became a distributor for this brand. After tirelessly relying on them he soon made the decision to open a plant, where we still operate today, in Willis, Texas. From those beginnings, the company grew to manufacture tanks up to 10,000 gallons at its Willis facility, with long-time sales specialist Dan Miller and plant manager Wesley Bailiff helping lead today’s operations. Wesley works alongside his brother, Andrew Bailiff, as the next generation develops the business. 

Dean Bailiff’s knowledge has been passed down through the company and continues to guide its work today. Today, Bailiff combines custom plastic fabrication with thermoplastic rotational molding in PVDF/Kynar, polypropylene, and HDPE. This process has taken time to master and we are eager to see where God takes us.
